Evening highlights include;

A refined Amuse Bouche to begin the experience.

East Coast Oysters with Granny Smith apple & shallot mignonette.

Scallops Limoncello - pan-seared scallops with shallot, house made limoncello, cream & parsley.

A refreshing Intermezzo Sorbet

Beef Wellington - fillet mignon, mushroom duxelles, imported prosciutto, whole-grain mustard, wrapped in puffy pastry, served with glazed root vegetables, herbed potato pave, and a red wine rosemary demi-glaze.

Creme Brûlée finished with fresh stawberries.
