We confirm the space you want is free for your date, and if it is, we can hold it for you while you decide.

Food, timing, layout and the run of the day, priced out in writing. Change anything you like before you commit.
Before you send
Good to know
- Our four private spaces. The Royal Ballroom seats up to 170, the Throne Room up to 50, the Swordsman’s Room up to 45, and the whole castle is available as a full buyout.
- Food, your way. Buffet, table service, or built exactly how you want it. Nothing on a private event is fixed — tell us what you have in mind and we will price it.
- Booking a children’s birthday? That is a separate thing. Our four birthday packages include a private party room, pizza and soda, and they book straight through our online system — no need to wait on a quote.
- Cake is welcome. Bring your own cake. There is no cutting fee.
- Rough numbers are fine. You do not need a final guest count to inquire. A range and a target date is enough for us to check availability.
