The experience

A resort pool that never closes for winter

Ashria’s Bathhouse is Silver Stone Castle’s resort-style indoor aquatic adventure. Ninety thousand gallons of heated saltwater run from roughly one foot to five feet deep, which is the detail that makes it work for a whole family at once — toddlers stamping about at the shallow end, confident swimmers at the other, nobody stuck watching from a bench.

Swim beneath cascading waterfalls and explore the hidden grottos cut into the rockwork. A splash pad adds its own water features for the smallest guests. And somewhere in the water lie the mysterious remnants of Azeroth, the evil dragon, whose ancient presence still lingers beneath Silver Stone Castle.

Because the pool is heated and entirely indoors, it runs the same in January as it does in July. Relax in beach-style chairs while the family swims, or visit the poolside concession stand for food and refreshments. Lockers, showers and changing rooms are all on the pool deck.

Swim beneath the waterfalls. Explore the grottos. Discover the remains of Azeroth.

Ninety thousand gallons of heated saltwater, indoors, every day of the year.

Ashria’s Bathhouse questions

Is the pool indoors and heated?

Yes to both. Ashria’s Bathhouse is entirely indoors and heated, so it runs exactly the same in January as it does in July.

Is it a chlorine pool?

No. It is a 90,000-gallon saltwater pool, which is much gentler on eyes, skin and swimsuits than a traditional chlorinated pool.

How deep is it?

The pool ranges gradually from approximately one foot to five feet deep, so swimmers of very different confidence levels can share it.

Do I need a ticket if I am not swimming?

Yes. A valid admission is required for every guest age 4 or older entering the pool area. Non-swimmers pay a reduced $10 admission.

Is there somewhere for toddlers?

Yes — the shallow end starts at around a foot deep, and a splash pad gives the smallest guests their own water features.

Do you provide towels?

No. Silver Stone Castle does not offer towel service, so bring your own towels and any flotation devices you want to use.

Is there food at the pool?

Yes, there is a poolside concession stand, and beach-style seating around the water.

Do you offer military or first responder discounts?

Yes. Military and first responder discounts are available in person only — present valid ID and purchase your admission at the desk rather than online.

Is there a senior discount?

Yes. Guests aged 65 and over pay $10 rather than $20 for a day pass.
