These terms govern your visit to Silver Stone Castle and your use of silverstonecastle.com. By entering our facility, buying admission or tickets, joining our guest Wi-Fi, or using this website, you agree to them.
Part A — Terms of Use
Silver Stone Castle is a family entertainment center and restaurant located at 358 Grand Army of the Republic Highway, Swansea, Massachusetts 02777. In these terms, "we," "us," "our," and "the Castle" mean Silver Stone Castle; "you" means any guest or website visitor. The Tavern at the Silver Stone Castle is our on-site restaurant and bar.
1. Waivers & assumption of risk
Several of our attractions carry inherent risks. Everyone who uses the go-karts, the heated indoor pool, the rock climbing wall, the Dragon's Den kids zone, the arcade, Neon Bowling, the multisport simulators, or the Royal Sports Arena must have a current, signed waiver on file. A parent or legal guardian must sign for any guest under 18. By taking part in an activity, you acknowledge that you understand its risks and choose to participate voluntarily. You agree to follow all posted rules, height and age requirements, and staff instructions. We may deny or stop participation when safety requires it.
2. Conduct & supervision
We welcome guests of all ages, and we keep the Castle a family-friendly place. Please treat other guests, staff, and property with respect. We may refuse service to, or remove, anyone who behaves unsafely, disruptively, or unlawfully, without a refund. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Non-swimmers and young children in the pool area are subject to our pool rules, including flotation and supervision requirements posted on site. Outside food is not permitted except for a celebration cake; outside alcohol is never permitted.
3. Tickets, cards & refunds
Prices, hours, and attraction availability are subject to change and are confirmed at the time of purchase. Arcade, Billiards Room, and Neon Bowling play run on arcade-card tokens; game cards and tokens hold no cash value, are non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Day passes and single-use tickets are generally non-refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion. Memberships (offered for the heated indoor pool) are personal to the named holder and non-transferable. Military and first-responder discounts are available in person with valid ID.
4. Parties & private events
Party packages and private-room rentals are booked through our reservation system or our events team and are confirmed by the deposit and terms provided at booking. Online party bookings close 14 days before the party date; within that window, please book by phone. Private spaces — the Royal Ballroom, Throne Room, Swordsman's Room, the Royal Sports Arena, and whole-facility buyouts — are quoted individually. The deposit, cancellation, guest-count, and catering terms in your booking confirmation control if they differ from this page.
5. Guest Wi-Fi acceptable use
We offer complimentary guest Wi-Fi as a convenience. To connect, you provide your name, email address, and mobile number and confirm your waiver status; access lasts 24 hours per sign-in. By connecting you agree that: the guest network is provided "as is," with no guarantee of speed, availability, or security, so you should not rely on it for sensitive activity; you will keep your use lawful and family-friendly and will not use it to access, download, or share unlawful, infringing, harassing, or obscene material, to send spam, to breach any system, or to disrupt other guests; and we may filter, monitor for security and capacity, limit, or suspend access at any time. You are responsible for securing your own device, and we are not liable for any loss, damage, or interception arising from your use of the guest network. Details you provide at sign-in are handled as described in the Privacy Policy below.
6. Photography on premises
Silver Stone Castle is a public venue, and we and our guests may take photos and video inside it. We may use images captured on the premises for marketing and social media. If you appear in one of our photos and would prefer we not use it, contact us and we will honor reasonable requests. Guests are responsible for respecting others' privacy when taking their own photos.
7. Intellectual property
The Silver Stone Castle name and logo, this website's content, and the hand-painted murals and artwork throughout the building are protected and belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without our written permission. The murals and wall art are original hand-painted works.
8. Disclaimers & liability
This website and our facilities are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your visit, your use of an attraction, your use of the guest Wi-Fi, or your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Massachusetts law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the current version.
Part B — Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Silver Stone Castle collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers our website, our guest Wi-Fi, our booking and contact forms, and our email marketing.
9. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to serve you:
- Contact & inquiry forms. When you submit a party or event inquiry, a vendor application, or a job application, we collect the name, email, phone number, and details you enter.
- Guest Wi-Fi sign-in. When you join our guest network, we collect your first and last name, email address, mobile number, and your answer to whether you have signed a waiver, along with your device's network identifier and connection time.
- Bookings & purchases. Ticket, party, and membership bookings are processed through our reservation provider, which collects the details needed to complete your booking and payment. We do not store full payment-card numbers ourselves.
- Email sign-ups. If you opt in, we collect your email and any details you provide to send you our newsletter and offers.
- Website usage. Like most websites, we automatically receive limited technical data — such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring links — through cookies and analytics tools.
10. How we use your information
We use the information to operate the Castle and to reach you about your visit — to respond to inquiries, confirm and manage bookings and events, provide guest Wi-Fi, and keep our facility safe. With your consent we also send marketing emails and texts about events, offers, and news, and we use website analytics to understand traffic and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.
11. Sharing & service providers
We share information only with the providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for them to perform their service — for example, our website host, our reservation and ticketing platform, our email-marketing provider, and our website analytics and advertising tools. These providers are bound to protect your information. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect the safety of guests and staff. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their own marketing.
12. Cookies & analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) pixel, to measure traffic and to help us reach the right audiences with our own ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and adjust ad personalization in your Google and Facebook account settings. Blocking cookies may affect how some parts of the site work.
13. Your choices & rights
You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time using the link in any message, or by contacting us. To ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request that we delete it, email us at info@silverstonecastle.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information under applicable law; we honor those rights.
14. Children's privacy
Silver Stone Castle is a family venue, and children are welcome on our premises with a parent or guardian. Our website and guest Wi-Fi sign-in, however, are meant for adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. A parent or guardian should complete the guest Wi-Fi sign-in and any online forms on a child's behalf. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information online, contact us and we will delete it.
