Built for grown-ups, too.
Most first-time guests expect a kids' park and find a night out: dinner and a drink in The Tavern, the Saturday band, Thunderbolt karts for 16 and up, Royal Sports Arena bays with your team. Drinks from the bar are allowed throughout the castle. Kids are always welcome, and you don't need to bring any.

If you want great service, amazing wings, killer drinks, all in a castle and medieval themed decor, this is it. Food is great, but the wings are a star of the show, drinks are amazing and properly balanced for strength and flavor. And you can't beat the theme of the decor. Definitely coming back and bringing my friends.
First time going to the castle this afternoon. I must say, I wish I had known about it sooner! Fantastic dining, food was phenomenal and definitely comparable prices. Staff everywhere, Security and Life guards were amazing. Attentive, super clean everywhere, including pool areas and bathrooms. These employees earn their pay for sure. Pool was beautiful and such a fun place! Hope it stays in Swansea and hope people treat it well! Thank you!
We went to celebrate our son’s 19th birthday today. First, the service, Tyra was absolutely amazing, we didn’t want for a thing. The food was so good AND reasonable! A table of 7 adults (only one person had adult beverages, not naming names…it was me, I had beverages), four appetizers and 5 entrees was way less than we anticipated. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and polite. I 110% recommend this place for any occasion or just to get out of the house.

The castle you'll keep coming back to.
One of New England's largest indoor family entertainment centers: 87,000 square feet on Route 6 in Swansea, Massachusetts. A heated pool, go karts, a full restaurant, live music every Saturday (and some Fridays) and something new on the calendar every week. Open all year, built for every age, and no admission fee.
Families, couples, teams and everyone in between.
Families come for the pool, the karts and the Dragon's Den. Couples come for dinner, a drink and the Saturday band. Companies and leagues book Royal Sports Arena bays and Thunderbolt kart races. Grandparents come for Senior Swim on Wednesday mornings and lunch in The Tavern. Teens head straight for the track and the arcade. You don't have to play anything to come in.
The TavernRoom after room, all under one roof.
A pool, a two-story go-kart track, a climbing wall, an arcade, bowling, billiards, a sports arena, a full restaurant, a ballroom and private rooms. Plan on staying a while.

awesome experience! highly recommended to any other nerds out there- it’s like a ren fair mixed with a dave and busters. we will be back!
We went to the Silver Stone Tavern to eat. This is one of the first places in forever that actually cooked my steak to a perfect medium rare and did not have to send it back. The smash burger was also excellent. And the peanut butter pie is to die for. Will definitely come back! Tanya was an amazing waitress as well.
This place is amazing! The ultimate FAMILY fun- there’s something for all ages to enjoy here. The staff was so helpful in every aspect throughout the castle- they all had such big smiles on, to me it felt like they were all so happy to be there! You don’t see that a lot anymore. My little ones all had a blast in the Jungle Gym during a birthday party we attended here, while all the older kiddos went off to the go karts, arcade and rock wall! After the party was over we all went down to the pool- to my surprise we could stay in there until the pool closed at 10pm! We stayed in it for 4 hours with a pizza break in between and cannot wait to go back! I’m so glad to have something this awesome close to home!

Although not my first time here at the castle, I just had an amazing birthday dinner for my little sister, and we finally had Tanya as our server ☺️ She was as great as everyone has been saying!! My sister, mom, and I all partook in the druid veggie burgers, while my boyfriend had the fish and chips. Everything was delicious and I wish I had taken pics of the food. Although we did not have “drinks” this time, I have had them in the past and I can attest that they are also delicious!! We are now about to go give my Mom and sister the tour of the castle and possibly go play some games!! Highly recommend the castle for a place to go celebrate or just a night out ☺️ Huzzah!!
We had our sons 6th birthday party here. The staff was incredible!! From booking, to letting me come check the place out. To accommodating us with up grades and just being super helpful. I believe her name was Izzy who we had in our room today and she was such a delight and pleasure to have. Helped me with alllll the things! She will be my go to for another time!! Also I didn't get her name but the cleaning lady when I first walked in saw my hands full of bags and offer to help carry them up and show me to the room we were using. Thank you all so much, we had a really great time and can't wait to come back again.
If first impressions set the tone, Michelle B is basically wonder-woman of her craft. We stopped in for an early meal at Silverstone Castle and lucked out landing at her bar. She’s that rare mix of genuinely kind, sharp-witted, and effortlessly conversational. The kind of person who reads the room perfectly without making it feel like a performance. Drinks? On point. Service? Seamless. Conversation? Actually enjoyable (which, let’s be honest, isn’t always a given). Michelle has a way of making you feel like a regular even if it’s your first time walking through the door. If you’re debating where to sit don’t. Find Michelle’s section, grab a stool, and let her elevate the entire experience. Early dinner turned into a highlight of the day. Best, JT
Victoria was amazing. She really was on top of everything. The food was outstanding and was perfectly cooked. The prices were on point with other area restaurants, however, the quality of food here exceeds others in the area, making Silver Stone Castle a much better choice for a night out!
Such a great time and experience! We all came in for a birthday and really enjoyed the whole day. The food was fantastic, and larger than expected portions! We came with a large group and Tanya was so fantastic and accommodating to our dietary restrictions and helped make a magical experience for the birthday girl! “This is the BEST birthday ever!” Thanks for everything!!
First time there and it was a lot of fun! We did not use the pool, but did look at it and seemed very nice. We did kart racing, played billiard pool, and used the arcade. The restaurant looked nice and they had karaoke going on. Can't wait to go back! The kids had a blast!
We had the best time at Silver Stone Castle! The festivities were so much fun. Dinner was a blast and our server Tanya was top tier. We had a large group and she was incredibly kind and accommodating. We will definitely be back!
Our server was amazing! She quick and so friendly!Food was absolutely delicious and the drinks were sooo good! We got the margarita flight, BBQ pork nachos and the dragon wings! Def will be coming back to try other things! Thanks Jessica!
Anthony is spectacular, knows what he is doing refilled my drink without me even asking. Was generous upon approaching our table and was chill. My date loved her food. Environment is a vibe. It’s cool been here before chicken leg is a must, so fire bbq is spectacular I recommend. Employees seem to be chill and like it which is always nice. My date was swearing and letting the host know how good the food was, great stuff 🔥
Came here today for my sister’s birthday!! It was a great experience, our waitress Tanya was extremely friendly and helpful and even took pictures of our group. Great atmosphere and service!! Will definitely come back very soon. We met one of the owners and he was very friendly and accommodating!!
Tanya provided the best service I’ve ever experienced! She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was absolutely amazing—every dish was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Between the outstanding service and incredible food, this was one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend asking for Tonya if you visit!
I have enjoyed my time here . It's a wonderful medieval atmosphere filled with knights and dragons. A cozy gift shop and activities for kids . I stopped by the bar and enjoy a nice desert and cappuccino.
Super great experience brought my day for her birthday she had a great time. Place is very welcoming the staff are great and place is super clean.
The food and drinks were amazing and Tanya served us incredibly well.
Everything was perfect and Tanya was very nice as a rocker 😍💪🏻 My first time and I was delighted
Everything was excellent. Our waitress was very friendly and professional.
Eight ways to play, for all ages.
Most people do three or four in a visit. There's no admission fee, each attraction is priced on its own, and a drink from the bar can come with you.

Ashria's Bathhouse
90,000 gallons of saltwater, heated to 85 degrees all year, under the castle's wooden beams, with a dragon on the wall. Family changing rooms and showers are on site, and arm floats, goggles, waterproof phone cases and pool towels are sold in the pool area. Alcohol is served in the pool area for guests 21 and older. Weekdays before 4 pm are the quietest. Pool memberships start at $40 a month, and on Wednesdays and Thursdays your buddy swims free.

Go Karts
A two-story electric track with banked turns, and five ways to race. Every race is five minutes. In a Power Up race you drive over the coins to build your score and your speed, hit a mystery box, and when you have enough points, press the button. Junior Power Up races run the same game at a slower pace, with the same age and height requirements as a standard race. Double karts put a grown-up driver (18 and up) beside a passenger as young as 5. Thunderbolt racing is pure speed for drivers 16 and up and at least 48 inches tall, single karts only: no power-ups, just skill, and the fastest lap wins. Closed-toe shoes only.

Mount Silverstone Rock Wall
A 22-foot wall with several routes on auto-belay lines, so you don't need a partner on the rope. Each ticket gives you three attempts to reach the summit, and it's built for every level, from first-timers to regulars. Climbers must be 5 or older and at least 30 pounds. The waiver is signed once, online or at the desk.

The Royal Sports Arena
Three Full Swing simulator bays, the technology trusted by Tiger Woods, with more than thirty sports and games: golf, soccer, baseball, hockey, football and more, with real swings and real throws. Up to eight players a bay, switch games freely for your whole session, and get a complimentary bucket of popcorn with every purchase. Its own bar and buffet, and a private room for team nights and leagues. New this year, and people tell us it's like nothing they've seen.
Royal Experience, 1 hr $75
90 min $112.50
2 hrs $150
3 hrs $225
up to 7 hrs $525

Dragon's Den Kids Zone
A castle of its own inside the castle: stone walls, battlements and little wooden doors, and inside, tunnels, slides, swinging rings, cargo nets and ninja-style obstacles for the little knights to run wild. For the smallest ones there's a toddler soft-play corner with ramps, ABC blocks and a spin disc under the castle crest. Parents are welcome to climb in too, and socks are required for everyone. Toddler Time on Thursday mornings bundles the Den with the pool and an arcade card.

The Arcade
More than eighty-five games, from VR and racing simulators to skee-ball, Wicked Tuna, the claw machines and Down the Clown, all on a game card. The prize counter at the end. Neon Bowling and the Billiards Room run on arcade tokens, so load the card once and play the whole floor.

Neon Bowling
Duckpin-style bowling, with a twist. On our three neon lanes the pins light up and change color to show you which ones to knock down next, so every frame is a challenge. It plays a little like skee-ball, and no bowling shoes are needed. Every player gets a full ten-frame game for $7, paid with your arcade card, so a game between dinner and the band is easy.

The Billiards Room
State-of-the-art tables under the neon Rack 'Em sign, a jukebox, and the games your parents played. The quiet room, with a drink in hand. Pay with arcade tokens.
Dragons, dice and so much more.
A full gift shop with a wide range of things to take home: heritage maps, hoodies, soaps, swords, dragons, Dungeons & Dragons, game pieces, dice and so much more. Stop in before you head out, or come in just to browse.
A full sit-down restaurant. No ticket, ever.
Come for dinner, a drink and the band. Portuguese and American, fifty dishes, a full bar, a dragon over the bar, and live music every Saturday night, plus some Fridays.

Ask for a table in the Tower.
The Tower is one of The Tavern's dining rooms: stone walls, iron sconces and wine racks running up to the ceiling. Sit down, order from a server, and stay as long as you like. Last seating thirty minutes before the kitchen closes. Walk in, or reserve on OpenTable. Delivery and takeout on DoorDash or Uber Eats, or call for pickup.

A drink goes anywhere in the castle.
Order at the bar and carry it to the lanes, the tables, the arcade, the Arena: alcohol is allowed everywhere here, inside and out. A full bar under the dragon, with new specialty cocktails on the board all the time.
Reserve a tableLive music in The Tavern every Saturday night, and some Fridays too.
Bands and duos, no cover. Come for dinner and stay for the band. The next dates, live from the calendar, and the acts coming up this season.

Questions we get asked.
Are the birthday packages the same as renting a room?
No, they are two different things. The birthday packages are a fixed offer with pizza, soda and a party room, booked online. The Royal Ballroom, Throne Room and Swordsman's Room are private event spaces rented separately, quoted individually, and built around whatever you want.
How many guests does a birthday package cover?
Every package starts at 15 participating guests. Above that, extra guests are $20 each on Basic Hosting, $30 on Mystic and Dragon Whisperer, and $40 on Royal Birthday.
Do parents count as guests?
Only if they are taking part. Pricing counts participating guests who receive the party experience and the arcade card. Non-participating parents who attend to supervise are not counted.
How long do we get the room?
Ninety minutes of private party room time in every birthday package, with a dedicated room attendant throughout.
What food comes with a birthday package?
Four cheese and/or pepperoni pizzas at eight slices each, and four pitchers of soda and/or water. More can be added at checkout or ordered on the day. Private event catering is a separate conversation entirely.
What does the arcade card cover?
Unlimited play on participating arcade games for one hour per guest. It does not earn tickets, and it excludes redemption, prizes, crane and claw machines and billiards.
Can I bring my own cake?
Yes, as long as it's store-bought; homemade cakes aren't allowed. Every package includes a cake cutter. Bringing a cake into the pool area is a $25 fee. Other outside food and drink aren't permitted.
How far in advance should I book?
Online bookings close fourteen days before the party date. If your date is sooner, call us at (508) 418-8881. We can often still fit you in; we just cannot take it through the website.
Can a private event be customized?
Yes, completely. Private events are built around what you want: the room, the food, the timing, the run of the day. Tell our events coordinator what you have in mind and we will quote it.
Does everyone need a waiver?
Yes. Every guest using the attractions needs a completed Silver Stone Castle waiver, and a parent or guardian signs for anyone under 18.

House rules, waivers, ages and heights, costumes, discounts and gift cards are all on What to expect. Everything else people ask is below.
Visiting
What are the hours?
The castle is open Wednesday and Thursday 11:30 am to 10 pm, Friday and Saturday 11:30 am to midnight, and Sunday 11:30 am to 10 pm. Closed Monday and Tuesday. The Tavern's kitchen keeps its own hours: Wednesday and Thursday 4 to 9 pm, Friday and Saturday 11:30 am to 11 pm, Sunday 11:30 am to 9 pm. Last seating is 30 minutes before the kitchen closes. The bar is open until close.
Where are you, and how far is it?
358 Grand Army of the Republic Highway (Route 6), Swansea, Massachusetts 02777. About an hour from Boston and twenty minutes from Providence, right off I-195. Free parking on site.
Is the castle just for kids?
No. It's fun for all ages, and that's the biggest misconception we hear. The castle was built for everybody. Grown-ups come for dinner and a drink under the dragon, for the Saturday band, for the go karts and the Royal Sports Arena with their team, for Buddy BOGO swims on a Wednesday. Kids don't have to come.
Do you take reservations?
For The Tavern, yes, on OpenTable or by phone, and walk-ins are always welcome. Attractions don't need a reservation; buy a ticket when you arrive or online. Party rooms and private rooms are booked ahead.
Tickets, waivers and discounts
How do tickets work?
Each attraction has its own price: a pool day pass, a kart race, a climb, a bowling game, a Time Play card for the arcade, a bay in the Arena. Buy online ahead with the Buy Tickets button, or at the desk and kiosks when you arrive. Arcade tokens also pay for Neon Bowling and the Billiards Room.
The pool
Is the pool open all year? Is it heated?
Yes and yes. Ashria's Bathhouse is a 90,000-gallon indoor saltwater pool heated to 85 degrees, warm in February and open all year during castle hours. Weekday mornings before four are the quiet hours.
What is the Buddy BOGO swim?
Every Wednesday and Thursday from 11:30 am to 10 pm, buy one swim admission and your buddy swims free, equal or lesser value, all ages. Tap Click Here For Discount on the pool page and the code is already applied, or enter buddy at checkout, or tell the desk. Runs through December 31. The castle is closed on Thanksgiving.
What are Senior Swim Time and Toddler Time?
Senior Swim Time is Wednesdays 10 to 11:30 am, $10 or included with a membership, a quiet swim before the castle opens to everyone (doors open at 10 am on Wednesdays). Toddler Time is Thursdays 10 to 11:30 am, $30 for ages 3 and up (children under 3 are always free), and includes an all-day pool pass, an all-day Dragon's Den pass and a $20 arcade card. Both are bought in person at the castle; there is no online sign-up. Toddler Time does not cover a parent's pool pass, but Thursday is also a Buddy BOGO day: pay for one swim admission and a friend swims free.
How do memberships work?
The pool is the only membership we sell. Build your own: one named pass per person, unlimited swimming during regular hours. Monthly with a three-month minimum, senior $40, child $50, adult $80; or pay the year up front, $360, $450 and $720, and save $120 to $240. An adult who swims more than four times a month is already ahead.
The Tavern
What kind of food is it?
The Tavern is a full sit-down restaurant: Portuguese and American. The Bifana, Chicken Mozambique and Portuguese Steak sit next to smash burgers, Dragon Wings, Castle Steak and clam chowder. About fifty dishes and a kids' menu, all on the menu page.
Is there live music?
Every Saturday night in The Tavern, and some Fridays too: bands and duos, no cover. Dinner shows and tribute nights fill the Royal Ballroom: The Beatles on December 5, Christmas with The King on December 12. Line dancing with Sarah T: open dance on Fridays and lessons on Sundays, on the dates listed on the calendar. See Live in The Tavern and the calendar.
Can I order takeout or delivery?
Yes. Order on DoorDash or Uber Eats with the links on The Tavern page, or call (508) 418-8881 for pickup.
Parties and events
How do birthday parties work?
Four packages, all from fifteen guests with ninety minutes in a private party room, pizza and soda: Basic Hosting $399, Mystic Birthday $849, Dragon Whisperer $864 and Royal Birthday $1,035, plus $20 to $40 per extra guest. Book online at least fourteen days out; inside two weeks, call us. Store-bought cakes are welcome; homemade cakes and other outside food are not.
Can we rent a room, or the whole castle?
Yes. Three rooms are rented on their own: the Throne Room for up to 50, the Swordsman's Room, a bar and private room for up to 45, and the Royal Ballroom for up to 170. The Swordsman's Room is attached to the Ballroom, so the two can be rented together. Companies and clubs can buy out the whole castle. Food from The Tavern is buffet, table service or a custom menu, quoted by our events coordinator through the inquiry form.
Do you host field trips, teams and corporate days?
All of them: corporate team building, holiday parties, youth sports banquets, senior centers, scouts, camps and school field trips. Send the inquiry form and our events coordinator will call you.
