Questions

Who can sign up?

Schools, PTOs and PTAs, booster clubs, youth and adult sports teams, scouts, bands, churches and nonprofits. The check is made out to the organization.

Do families need a code or a flyer?

No. They just name your group when they book online, at the front desk, or to their server in The Tavern at Silver Stone Castle.

Do families get a discount?

No. Families pay regular prices, and 15% of what they spend goes to your group.

Does dinner count?

Yes. Food in The Tavern at Silver Stone Castle counts toward your total along with the attractions.

When do we get paid?

Within 14 days after your two weeks end, by check, with a report of every sale credited to your group. Groups need $250 in net sales for a check; anything less carries over to your next window.

Can we do this more than once?

Yes, once per season. Many groups run one window in the fall and one in the spring.
